History
Disctroyer was founded in 2015 by former college athlete and engineering graduate Travis Weller, who sought to apply principles of aerodynamics and advanced materials to create discs specifically designed for maximum distance and power. Frustrated by what he perceived as limitations in existing disc designs, Weller set out to create a brand that would cater to the growing segment of power-focused players. The company launched with their flagship driver, the "Annihilator," featuring a sharp nose, reduced drag profile, and the company's signature metallic-flake plastic blend. This was quickly followed by the "Devastator" distance driver and "Terminator" midrange, establishing their brand identity through aggressive naming conventions and marketing that emphasized power and distance.
