History
Eurodisc was founded in 2009 by engineering professor and disc golf pioneer Dieter Schulz, who recognized the opportunity to create discs specifically tailored for European courses and playing conditions. After years of playing with American-made discs, Schulz observed that many were designed primarily for the open fields and consistent conditions prevalent in American courses, rather than the tighter, more technical courses common throughout Europe.
